Cream color stretch lace 2 1/2 inch stretch lace headband with 2 tier ivory embroidered organza land and embroidered organza material.  It has a pearl and rhinestone center.  Very vintage looking.  Bow is 7 inches by 4 inches. Stretch lace fits 15.5 inch head and expands to 20 inches.
