Bow is 6.5 inches wide by 4 inches.  a 3 tier white bow is attached to a 5/8 stretch soft elastic.  Made of white satin, polka dot organza and battinburg lace.  It has a rhinestone center.  Headband fits 15.5 inch head to a 20 inch head.
