8 inch white satin pillow with ivory lace on top and bottom.  In the middle is a large ivory lace flower and gold cross with rhinestones.  Cross is 2 3/4 long by 2 1/4 inches wide.  It has an ivory and gold ribbon for tying rings.  Can also be used to hold pins to pin on bride or groom.
