Keepsake garter is 12.5 inches around and 4.5 inches wide. Made from white satin intricate lace border with a pearl rhinestone and lace trim.  It has a lace applique with a rhinestone center. Both garters can be adjusted. Toss garter is 12.5 inches around and 1.5 inches wide. Made from lace and organza elastic with a fleur de lis  rhinestone flat back.
